Opening Times

The CIC call centre is open 8am - 4pm local time, everywhere in Canada. This actually means it can be reached for 12.5 hours every day wherever you are - as early as 3.30am PST and as late as 8.30pm in Newfoundland:

Pacific: 3:30am - 4pm
Mountain: 4:30am - 5pm
Central: 5:30am - 6pm
Eastern: 6:30am - 7pm
Atlantic: 7:30am - 8pm
Newfoundland: 8am - 8:30pm
