CIC Manuals Access to Information Act Release

In 2006 Matthew filed an Access to Information Act request with CIC requesting:

"All manuals and other departmental reference documents listed at http://infosource.gc.ca/inst/imc/fed10_e.asp. You may exclude those available publicly at http://www.cic.gc.ca/manuals-guides/english/index.html,¹ but please include those which are not, despite being listed as such (specifically CP 14; ENF 7, 26; IR 1, 2, 4, 7, 8; PP 2; COD). English language, electronic copies in portable document format (.pdf) on a CD or DVD please."

Eventually, some manuals were excluded, due to not being available electronically, and a release was made in late 2008, a single pdf file, containing over 700 pages of CIC manuals and documentation. It is very poor quality, and not text-searchable unfortunately:

The purpose of this page is to "crowd source" finding anything interesting in the document, that might be of use to immigrants, sponsors, or anyone else dealing with CIC. If you download the pdf, please help contribute to the list below. If appropriate, you can also transcribe what you find onto immipedia (either an existing page, or a new one), to enable more people to find the information through internet searches.

Note: The page numbers shown at the bottom right hand side of each page are not continuous (presumably some pages were removed entirely before the release was made), so the page number in the pdf does not match the printed page number.
