(ARC) Authorization to Return to Canada
If you have been the subject of a removal order from Canada, and you want to return, it is likely that you will need an (ARC) Authorization to Return to Canada. Whether you actually need one depends on the type of removal order that was issued.
There are three types of removal orders:
- Departure Order (form number IMM 5238)
- Exclusion Order (form number IMM 1214B)
- Deportation Order (form number IMM 5238B)
